Matched with students
Approved listings are the only ones students can find through search and the AI match tool.
For students: always free. Browsing, searching, contacting landlords and using the AI match tool costs nothing.
Payments are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Your listing goes live once it is both approved by our team and the yearly fee is paid.
Not sure? Every listing fee comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee — see the refund policy.
